FIVE SEGMENTSAcross 32 categories — coking coal, copper concentrate, rare earth oxides, urea and more — we hold long-term agreed prices with 46 mines in Mongolia, Russia and Kazakhstan, procuring 18.6 M t a year.
We built our own yards and transhipment stations in Erenhot, Ganqimaodu and Ceke, with 386 heavy trucks and two dedicated rail sidings, handling 62,000 t of customs clearance a day.
Together with six banks we built warehouse-receipt pledge and receivables factoring channels, extending credit to 240 small and mid-sized customers upstream and downstream, with funds released in 3.5 working days on average.
Dual channels for cross-border RMB receipts and payments plus foreign-currency letters of credit, with settlement in tugrik and rouble; annual settlement volume of CNY 18.6 bn and a 0.42% cut in FX cost.
Bonded and ambient warehouses in Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos total 680,000 m²; the WMS is wired directly into the group OA and finance systems, with 21-day inventory turnover.
We handle customs and inspection filing, certificates of origin, tariff planning and trade compliance review; the system scans cross-border compliance risks automatically and every flagged document is reviewed manually.
